All of our Raw Maca products are never heated above 105F / 40C. This is important because research has shown that enzymes and other vital nutrients begin to break down at temperatures above 118F / 48C.

Raw Premium Maca Details:

• A modern approach to processing Maca developed in the past 25 year
• Never heated over 105F / 40C
• Fresh Processed - Maca roots are dried in dehydrators immediately after harvest
• Higher Glucosinolate Content - nutrients which may help prevent cancer
• Stronger Tasting - has a more noticeable Maca flavor with more spiciness
• Limited Supply - must be produced from fresh roots during annual harvest (June-August)
• Costs More as the process is more labor and equipment intensive

Raw Premium Maca is Best Used For
